🔸 Overview

At Overthrown Interactive, we want you to love your merch. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our refund and return policy below.

🔸 Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Defective or damaged products

• Incorrect items received

• Wrong size (if applicable and unworn/unused)

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused).

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

🔸 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Digital products (games, downloads)

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery

🔸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.
